This was our first trip out of the country so we were a bit nervous about logistics. We gave a list of places we wanted to visit and activities we wanted to do. Firebird made everything seamless to accommodating our requests, transfers and peace of mind. We would have been lost without the App. Customer support was super helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely be utilizing Firebird on our next excursion!
All of our guides were great! We really appreciated their knowledge of local history and culture. One of the things I was most interested in prior to our trip was more insight into The Troubles. The driver who took us back to the airport from Donnegal was from Northern Ireland and he gave us some personal history that was fascinating (and sad). I’m so glad we’re met him!
