You are doing everything extremely well. The planning was fabulous and the support outstanding. Our agent and now friend Olga is simply the best! The hotels, transportation and itinerary were exactly as we requested and expected. This is our 5th trip with Firebird and we have already booked another for next year. I refer everyone I possibly can.
This is an highly organized trip with transportation being reliable and amazing with the highest quality drivers and guides. We never had to worry about anything and we had time to do things on our own even though we had very thoughtful excursions everyday planned anyway. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
I guess one more suggestion I might have is that we had difficulty with some meeting points and maybe it would be better if someone could take us to meeting points
The trip was exciting and interesting with interesting activities as well as free time for our own exploring. We were part of a small group (so nice!) and we made friends with the Canadian couple in our group. Special shout out to our guides: Thomas in Copenhagen, Lisa in Bergen, Anna in Helsinki. I am a bit jet lagged so can’t recall the names of the guides in Oslo and Stockholm, but they were excellent too! It was very easy to book the trip, to use the app to track activities, and to work with the staff team. Outstanding company & service!
Firebird took care of every detail while being respectful of my budget. I had a flight cancellation of my connecting flight from Rome to Florence two days before my trip and was overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do. I reached out to Firebird to see if they could help and they arranged transportation and train tickets. They took all that worry right off my shoulders! The hotel they chose for us in Rome was beautiful and the perfect location.
This was the best decision- it was great to have all our transportation, hotels, tours, etc., all in place for us. It is worth the extra cost to me because I wouldn’t know how to do it! In addition, we loved seeing all of these countries from so many different perspectives. By plane, train, ferry, car, the tour, guides, etc.! It was amazing! Best family trip - my parents are almost 90 and 77. And all my kids 24, 22, 20 and 18 loved it!! So much for everyone at every age!
Our tour support made great choices for our experience. We loved the hotels in Stockholm and Bergen the most. Copenhagen was fine but a very big hotel.
Firebird created our once in a life time journey to Switzerland. Exceptional in everyway. My most hearty recommendation. This is our second trip with Firebird. We will be back for more. You will not go wrong traveling with Firebird.

We had several excellent tour guides (especially Michal in Wroclaw and Martin in Prague) and enjoyed learning about the history of Poland and Prague. Most of the drivers were very good but we did have some issues with a few not meeting us where the itinerary indicated and had to contact Firebird for assistance. A couple of these same drivers were quite rude. Firebird was prompt in their response. Firebird Tours was easy to work with and helpful in adding our Prague segment to their itinerary for Poland. The hotels, except for Warsaw, were fine. They were well-located, had good service, and good restaurants. The Leonardo in Warsaw was disappointing. The staff was not helpful; the HVAC system was not working due to renovation; while the room was a good size, the bathroom was not clean; the ceiling in the restaurant leaked; it was not as close to Old Town as we expected. It was not the best way to start the trip but it improved significantly when we arrived in Gdansk. The time there and the rest of the trip was great.
We are a family of 8, 3 generations, and living in different places. We decided we wanted to meet in Scotland and see this beautiful country. Firebird put together a wonderful trip for us. We gave them our specific wants and needs and they added recommendations as to what and how to see everything! Then they made all of the arrangements including hotels, transportation, and guides. They even had suggestions for restaurants if needed. For a group of 8, this was wonderful. Everything was arranged at a high quality level and no one person had to worry that something wouldn't go right. Thank you Firebird!
Firebird planned a two week trip to Japan and Korea for my family - 2 parents and a 17 year old daughter. It was the most amazing trip I have been on and they planned everything out day by day, booking the transfers, hotels, tours etc. They did a fabulous job balancing the things we wanted to do- some historical and some pop culture. Customer service before trip was awesome and during trip if you had any questions you just messaged them right in the app and they got right back to us. Highly recommend as it took all the stress off of me and let me enjoy the trip!
We were all very pleased with the quality of travel arrangements made by Firebird. Hotels were all in great locations. There was a perfect combination of planned and escorted activity with enough “free time” so we didn’t feel rushed . Thankyou to Kory Carter for his guidance and patience in the planning process
Overall, Firebird provided an excellent trip that was reasonably priced. They set us up with an excellent driver and guide, Said, which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend Firebird for anyone making a trip to Morocco.
The accommodations were good, transfers were on time and large enough for our group Our family really loved our bus driver, Dave & guide, Bob They made the trip special by catering to our needs when there was a problem they handled it quickly
Anna was a great tour guide. A deep knowledge of Finnish history which gave context to each of the sites we visited.
Planned itinerary was great! As a first trip to Japan, it helped greatly to have a plan. And it was a plus that the plan matched what we had interests in. Firebird tours really listened to what our interest were and curated a trip to match. Accommodations were amazing and the guides were even more amazing! (Akihabara and Shibuya guide was exceptional!!) Transportation and planned activities were seamless.
My wife and I toured China for 11 days. The hotels were great; the guides were great. The support from Firebird staff was so-so. We had to miss one of our scheduled activities because Firebird had not scheduled transportation from the hotel (the itinerary said "make your way to the event") and we were unable to communicate in Chinese to hire a ride. They also supplied some of the guides with different schedules than the ones they gave to us, resulting in some confusion. So the overall experience was positive, but it could have been better if Firebird gave a bit more attention to detail.
We were thrilled with the combination of logistical coordination and planned city tours with plenty of free time to explore these unique cities on our own. It was exactly what we were looking for. We also greatly appreciated having a dedicated coordinator, in our case Eric, who we felt we could contact at any time with questions and concerns. This was a game changer, and really helped us acquire the advance knowledge to feel comfortable on our trip and allowed us to add personal features to our experience, such as Uffizi tickets on our free day in Florence, and a larger room in Rome to allow our daughter to join us. The city guides were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, with impeccable English, they shared detailed information about each city's most visited sites, as well as a host of interesting and amusing anecdotes. In Florence, we also really enjoyed our wine tasting experience. It was perfectly positioned mid-visit to allow us to socialize with our fellow travelers, after first having some time to acclimate and settle in. My husband and I found Firebird to be very responsive, both during pre-trip planning and once the tour was underway. I would definitely recommend Firebird to friends, and consider other trips with them in the future.
