Friendly
Friendly, timely service crew that took care of their surroundings. They left the area as clean, maybe a bit cleaner, than they found it.

Great job with some hiccups
Overall, I thought they did a great job, they took time matching the brick and the guys on the job worked hard and were very respectful and quiet. Unfortunately after one day of work, they were sent to a different job with no communication to me, the homeowner. Once I called the office about no one showing up the next day, Diane in the office got things straightened out, and they returned that day to continue the work. Big shout out to Diane for handling things so professionally. I also wish when they sprayed "acidic chemical" they would have suggested covering surrounding plants as there was some damage to nearby bushes, flowers and herbs.
Great job
Great job ! Completed professionally and efficiently.
Workers provided updated ETAs
Workers provided updated ETAs, arrived early, cleaned the fp, painted both the furnace chimney and firebox, replaced the concrete fp hearth, were courteous, professional, and neat. The senior worker, had decades of experience, and it showed. He advised burning seasoned wood with the fp doors open and any residual with the gas jets. He also provided information on converting from wood to gas logs.

Polite efficient tech
Polite efficient tech. Arrived on time and set to work after covering adjacent area. Was here for cleaning and inspecting gas fireplace. Would have given five stars had the logs been replaced without leaving a big gap.
