I placed my first order
I placed my first order intrigued by all the advertising on social media. I bought a pair of leggings and shipping was a bit slow but the package arrived intact and the product was perfectly packaged. The leggings are of good quality, very well made and even worn they look great.

I received two of the same items
I received two of the same items , neither of which I ordered . The original order was for two different pairs of leggings , one leather and one cargo , regular length . Items received were both 7/8" . The fabric was not what was expected on either pair . The shipping tool nearly 3 weeks . I sent an email to the required email address to return the items purchased and it has not been answered. Needless to say , this experience with your company is less than satisfactory.

My favorite gymwear!
I have purchased from this company many, many times and always have a great experience. I'm in the US and the shipping always takes about a week (amazing coming all the way from China!) The quality is so much better than a lot of the popular brands you see in the US/UK however you NEED to order a size up. Half my closet is Firm Abs at this point, I love this brand and will continue to support them

FIRMABS
Received my goods a few weeks after purchase. Beautifully packaged, true to size & nice quality. I’ve since ordered another zip vest, if it fits perfectly I will order in different colours.

Nice Design
The delivery was reliable and quick. The quality of the product is also very nice. However, the material is thin and not as ‘butt lifting’ or ‘cellulite correcting’ as advertised. Also, the size Medium is much smaller this time for some reason. All my Firm Abs tights are Medium size and fit a lot better. I would recommend ordering Large in this particular style and not Medium.

FirmAbs is amazing!
I've always been very skeptical about online shopping, until I finally tried to give it a chance with FirmAbs. The videos were the one thing I needed to buy a few of their products, and I can say I've been in love with both the material and the fit ever since. I easily became addicted to the comfort of their sport clothes, and I use them in my everyday life, as well. They flatter your body like nothing else, enhance your curves and are super comfortable for any activity, whether it's a gym session or an afternoon out with your friends. I highly recommend FirmAbs, as I've never had any issue with the shipments, and if I ever needed any clarification, the people at the customer service are amazingly helpful and kind. If I were to travel back in time, I would've bought from them sooner.

Loyalty and Quality
What is the company doing well? Just about everything starting with the excellent fabric they use for their leggings. I have about 12 pair of them. They just don't wear out and trust me i wash them weekly. I compare the fabric to that of a miracle suit bathing suits. The material holds you in place in all the right places. And then there is their customer service department that never disappoints. In particular Gita she replies within 24 hours with all the answers i asked for snd action within the same 24. Why would you buy your athletic wear anyplace else? I know Firmabs has done an excellent job of winning my loyalty!

GREAT customer service
GREAT customer service. I didn’t like the pants - the butt puckers didn’t show up in pictures. They did give me the option to return but there aren’t any US shipping posts so expensive to ship. They gave me a little refund but I appreciated the honesty and quick response. NOTE: You had better know what you’re ordering and note that pictures don’t show everything!
