This was my second purchase as the first one coming from Europe was amazing so I had given it a 5* . This order however coming from China had products that seemed not original , quality definitely not the same and logo mistyped on their logo !!! This was a horrible experience receiving products that are just not true to the brand you initially thought you were buying. Still expecting after sending email and picture to Firmabs to send me genuine and not fake products that I ordered !

Additional currency transaction charges as based in China. Cost me additional £3.23 on a £95 purchase. Also as Chinese - slow delivery. Now they say it will cost me a fortune to return items so not worth my while apparently. No UK address. Very poor experience. Products are OK but you can by the same here at same cost. I am now out of pocket.

Order placed on 22nd May and haven’t had ANY correspondence or delivery from them other than being asked to review the products, no response from the chat on the website, very disappointing to say the least!
Firmabs did immediately respond to this and having since resent our order which we received quickly so thank you very much Firmabs, I have changed my rating!

Since all sites now, even when shipping from other continents, are offering a fast delivery and easy return, I trusted it will be the same here but no..
I've ordered 2 pair of leggings 2 weeks before I had to leave on vacation, because I needed them for my travel. Since a few days had past and I did not get a notification that they were sent, I knew I had to cancel the order since they will arrive while I am traveling.
I canceled the order but only got an answer 4 days later saying "good news, the item has been shipped". It was then left at my front door without my consent for 2 weeks while I was gone.
Since I was already back from the travel and the leggings where no longer needed, I wanted to send them back. Now I was told I must pay myself to send the package back, using tracking number option, which from Germany to China is 45€!!
I was offered to keep the items and get a partial refund but I don't want to keep them since the leggings also don't look good on me. The shape and the way the pakets are placed are a bit weird. They look much better in the advertising.
Now the costumer service doesn't even answer my emails so at this point I really feel I was spammed.

First time ordering from this company...policy says can return easily... However they only seem to respond if you want to exchange for another size... Now havent heard back in 4/days on how to return for refund. Pants do not look good on me and other item they dont have a larger size or would keep. Quality is not a concern as well made. Beware of ordering from this company as communication is poor....NOT like previous reviews
Edited, I did eventually get a response from Firmabs and they have more than made up the error
..good customer service in the end.

Super nice gym wear! The materials are very soft and stretchy, very comfortable to wear during gym sessions and even as a daily outfit. The sizes are rather small, I ended up with shorts that were too small, contacted FirmAbs and got a new pair for free!

This seller is located in China, the clothes arrive much too small, and when you try to return it they either offer you 25% off to keep it, OR you have to pay return shipping costs to CHINA at your expense, which are very costly. You will have a very hard time returning this if you purchase and it doesn't fit. I normally wear a S and they were more like an XS.
Here are the return options they offered copied from their email to me:
"1. Partial refund(Highly Recommended)
We'd like to kindly remind you that our return address is located in China. Unfortunately, we do not currently have an overseas return facility.
As you know, if you want to return the items back, you should pay for the returning shipping cost and the money will be refunded you after receiving the returned items.
So returning the items may not be the most cost-effective way.
And we are willing to refund you 25% of the goods value for all items# , that's XXUSD in order #XXXXXXXXXX as the compensation if you'd like to keep them, is that okay for you?

different times ordered here and always been satisfied until I wanted to return something. i could choose between getting 25% of the amount back and didn't have to return it or to return it. i registered my return and got an address in China to send it back but have to wait for a mail from them that they have registered this return at customs?? meanwhile 14 days have passed and i get no response via mail and all contact is broken with me! find this really outrageous! this is NOT good customer service!

Shocking customer services. All items too small so asked to return. Was told I would have to pay for return of goods to China or accept 25% refund. Basically left me with no choice but to accept £24 for goods I paid £104 for as it would cost a lot to send back. Absolute scammers.

I bought two different styles, shorts (L)and leggings (XL)
The shorts are snug but fit well, the leggings I found were too long for me in the XL. I’m 162cms.
I raised the sizing issue with customer service ( additionally I thought I’d purchased the wrong sizing due to two different sizes on the sale ticket)
Gita from customer service sent me replacements free of charge and I will be giving the longer pants away.

The material is very nice and very soft and they look just like they look online. However, I cannot wear them so it was a waste of money because I ordered an XXL They wouldn’t be so tight and the label says ex XL and XL and they’re very tight around the waist to the point where I won’t even be able to wear them. What a shame because I wanted to take them on vacation.

Bought 3 different items. I ordered one incorrect size and they shipped me the correct size no charge. Wonderful customer service. The fit is super small. I normally wear a medium and a xl is perfect. I do love them tho!

Delivery time to the States takes about 2 weeks, but it is packaged nicely and with care. I followed the size guide, but the items were still too small so I requested a return and refund. After a bit of discussion I was able to get a full refund and will be donating these to my local shelter.
