I have placed a order 3 weeks ago and have not received any correspondence from FirmAbs on the shipping or tracking information. The customer service if you call it that only responds through email 48 hours after you initiate it. I have not received anything to date. The shipping process is horrible because it comes out of China!

Ordered a fitted sweatshirt and it didn't fit well, so I wanted to return. Contacted their customer service via email 3 times on different dates, still no reply back after 3 weeks. Wouldn't order again. Really weird fit with skinny arms and loose waist - especially for an athletic brand. Disappointing.

Right so I was nervous about ordering because of all the negative reviews I read saying that the positives must be fake dadada. But I really loved a specific style cargo legging that only they seem to have so took the chance.. yes I will say it ships from china and the shipping took some time, but as soon as I emailed to follow up the order they had me an update quickly and the leggings arrived 2 days later.. I am obsessed. They are exactly as I expected them to be and the fit is perfect, personally I wear xs in my everyday clothing but I ALWAYS wear a s in my sportswear, I got an s and they fit the same as any other brand I buy from, I love the quality, it’s not that buttery velvet style material so do not expect that, it’s more the scuba style, but by no means it is cheap fabric. The pricing is hefty, but I guess when a company has truly exclusive items it has the leeway to charge extra.. needless to say I 100% will order from here again.
My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is the shipping could have been better, I got the tracking number well before the package had actually been shipped, and the price, but product wise it receives a 5

Driver never delivered. Texted me and I arranged with him for him to deliver the next day, he never showed up. Shipping is now marked "return per customer request." I never requested this. They have the item tracked in their terrible delivery system, no word on a refund. Completely awful experience, buyer beware.

UPDATED: you reply to my review on here stating email you to resolve, all for the benefit of others to show you are cooperating, yet still ignore all my emails. And I am left out of pocket with clothes that are too small. Your customer support is totally fake and shocking.

FirmAbs is a Chinese firm that doesnt accept returns
Received the items - horrible quality compared to usual Nike or Lululemon leggings. -10.
So far the customer service is not reacting regarding the return. I wait a bit and take legal actions.
All in all - beware.
I assume there are a lot of fake reviews because there is no chance a serious retailer would ignore the return requests.
UPD 28.10.: so it had been a working week (19.10. till 28.10.) since I have been trying to return the goods. Unfortunately, the retailer doesnt make it possible. So this is what is going to happen now:
1. the case will be reported to the police
2. there is no Impressum on their website - this is a breach of Par. 8 of UWG Germany - will be reported to the WBZ
3. after a quick check this website isnt even registered in Germany - operating a dropshipping business in Germany without registration is a criminal offence. The website will be reported to the fiscal and controlling organs.
NB: yes, the matter of quality can qualify as subjective and indeed can depend on experience and taste. Yet it is not possible that returns are treated selectively by one and the same company, as some reviews here might suggest. So here is a huge lot of fake reviews. @trustpilot.

To say I am a disappointed is an understatement. I ordered items for my daughters to take in a school holiday. The items took a total 2.5 weeks to arrive, missing the deadline. Shockingly , the items took 9 days just to be dispatched from when I placed the order. Emailed customer support to ansk anbogt returning the goods, I was offered only a 25% refund on goods of £230, or to pay heavy shipping costs. They are now ignoring all my emails. Very dissatisfied!!
