Extremely disappointed in First Day…
Extremely disappointed in First Day Vitamins.
The product itself may be excellent, but the subscription experience is extremely frustrating and feels predatory. The recurring subscription is not made clear enough, and it’s far too easy to end up with additional charges and shipments you did not intend to order.
I have no issue paying for a quality product when I choose to purchase it. What I strongly object to is feeling pressured into an ongoing subscription.
First Day needs to be much more transparent about subscriptions, recurring charges, and cancellation. A good product should not need to rely on a confusing or difficult subscription model to retain customers.
Excellent product, very disappointing business practice.

Good luck in trying to cancel this…
Good luck in trying to cancel this product. They don't allow one time purchases and when you try to cancel they don't make it easy. There's no area on their website which allows you to cancel your subscription. You have to email customer service and then they respond back asking you to confirm cancellation after you've already said you wanted to cancel. And they'll continue sending you product.
Then they tell you to go back to the website and cancel it but there's no area to do that only to suspend your subscription.
After 6 email correspondences they finally canceled it.

Be careful, SCAM,
Be careful. No 800# to call. AI customer support. You can NOT CANCEL your orders. They will continue to charge your credit for a bad product. My vitamins seals were broken & stale. They continued to charge credit even after i request a cancel subscription. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. This is a scam! Beware! Scam!
I have contacted them many, many, many times. They refuse to resolve issue.
Still haven't received refund.

Horrible company!
The product itself is OK but the company and customer service are terrible! They make it as difficult to cancel the subscription. I received an email on June 30 saying my order is ready to ship. I emailed and said please cancel my order. They said it was too late. They offered me a discount to stay with the subscription. I said no. I figured that was the end of it. Apparently they sent me a couple other emails which I don't ever look at asking me if I'm sure I wanna cancel. Well I already told him on June 30. I wanted to cancel so yeah I wanted to cancel. So what did they do? Same thing to me on July 30. They purposely don't have a phone number so you can't talk to a real person to they are sneaky about how to cancel your subscription. I would never order from them if you want them get them at target or Amazon!

Stay away from this company. Terrible from top to bottom. Customer service is terrible and the product is overpriced and does not taste well at all. Good luck and trying to cancel your subscription. The way it is set up is terrible and impossible to cancle. And don't ask customer service for anything, they are completely useless. Take my advice and stay away.

Noticeable Improvements by Using First Day
We have used a First Day daily supplement for all our kids for over a year and have had relatively healthy kids. It's hard to compare a multi to other competitors but the kids liked the taste and texture so we stuck with it. With all that said, I also have a 1st grader who has ADHD that really struggled with his first two years of school. We added a daily brain and nighttime vitamins to his daily routine and we have seen a tangible difference in his results at school/activities. Definitely worth it!
