Best vitamins on the market!

First Day's family of gummy vitamins taste great and have added energy, focus, and improved my overall health since I started taking them. I have been taking them for several months and wish I would have started sooner! I recommend to everyone try First Day!

I love their brain focus product

I love their brain focus product. I take it every day when I login (I work from home). Honestly I notice when I forget to take it. I don't use a subscription yet but have been meaning to try it out

Switched from Melatonin to First Day's Magnesium!

Switched from Melatonin to First Day's Magnesium and it has been such a game changer for my sleep! I've turned a ton of friends onto this now -- I fall asleep so much faster and actually feel rested in the mornings. I've tried a bunch of magnesium pills but none of them have worked until I tried these gummies. And they don't give me the Melatonin "hangover"!

I have been using First Day since 2023…

I have been using First Day since 2023 for my two boys (now 5 & 6). We started with my now 6-year old who is on the spectrum and eats VERY little, especially because some of his other treatments supress appetite. This was truly the first thing I could consistently get him to take without a fight. The biggest difference we noticed was that he was just overall less edgy and impulsive, was willing to try new foods and actually ask for them. Since then we added the Probiotics, and that was a GAME changer - he and his little brother were constantly sniffling or congested. Since we started, NOTHING. We are now trying the brain and excited to see whats next.

Big fan of first day here

Big fan of first day here, my family has been taking the kids, women’s, and men’s multis for over 2 years now. It’s crazy how much of a difference in my son’s behavior we’ve seen, he was really struggling at school and with his picky eating, I just knew he wasn’t getting what he needed. He actually loves taking his vitamins each day, and I rest easy knowing he’s getting fruits and veggies.

My daughter is a very picky eater, but she says her First Day Gummies taste so good it's like candy! What she doesn't know is that she's actually eating vitamins so we both win! Now I feel more comfortable knowing she's getting the nutrients she needs as she's growing faster every day.

Pleasantly Surprised

Before trying these magnesium products, I didn't believe they would actually help with sleep, but they've been a complete game changer for me. I genuinely love the taste, and I also tried their multivitamins, which are just as delicious. I highly recommend giving them a try!

The hydration sticks are incredible

The hydration sticks are incredible. I restocked on my family's multivitamins and got the option to get some of the new hydration sticks with my order. They are my new favorite. They completely dissolve in my water and the flavor is just enough that it's tasty but not overpowering. I continue to be impressed by the quality of products First Day launches.

I tried to cancel with in the 45 day…

I tried to cancel with in the 45 day period. Thought I did actually. Little known, I had to verify my identity before they finished canceling my order. First order of 175 of product not refunded. Then they sent me another shipment with out heads up. Oh! And now because the are consumables and I’m outside their 45 day window, I can’t get a refund! Their customer service is terrible. Think twice about signing up. They aren’t worth the hype and you could end up like me with a ton of vitamins that NO ONE in your house wants. They need to get a standard login account for customers. How I was handled as a consumer is a money trap.

We tried three other vitamins my kids wouldn't take

We tried three other vitamins and my kids absolutely refused to eat them. Even mix in powder vitamins specifically designed for kids with autism they refused. However, First Days they will eat every day. At first my daughter would only eat the orange ones and my toddler wouldn't eat the toddler ones, but now that he's old enough for the same ones as his siblings they all take them every night. I wish there were regular reminders like Are you running low? edit your order before ... I order once a quarter.

The kids love the vitamins

The kids love the vitamins. Just wished if you are ordering for two kids and opt for the subscription, that there would be free shipping. They are a big investment and that would help ease the monthly cost. Also, if you offer to do a survey, let the money be applied to anything, not limited to new products or put that in big bold lettering before you take the survey. Very disappointing when you hope to use it to ease the cost of one month's worth of vitamins for two kids.

Unsure how well product works because the flavor was unpalatable (personal preference). The refund/cancellation policy is garbage, though. Cancelled subscription but still pulled out of account after following month and company refused a refund even though I contacted them only about an hour after the payment was pulled.

My kids liked these until they didn’t. We’d subscribed for the savings, which can be considerable. Once we were 3-deep in unopened refills, I decided to terminate the subscription. EXCEPT YOU CAN’T. You can pause it. You can change it to a different product. But you cannot simply end the subscription. I looked all over the site. I clicked on “manage subscription” several times. There is no option for just ending the subscription!! And that makes the whole thing feel, well, scammy. They’re not about quality vitamins, they’re simply about taking your money every month, and happen to use vitamins to do that. I’m not sure what other option I have other than having my bank put a block on any attempted transaction from them, in perpetuity. You can pause it for up to a year, so I’ve put a note in my calendar, but this is ridiculous. EDITED: It turns out the cancellation option is there, but it’s absolutely hidden. If it were in a house, there’d be a closet at the back of which you’d see a stain on the wall, and you’d have to press that and it would open a secret door. That’s how they have cancellation set up. When you click “manage subscription,” you’ll see three options: change it to 45-day delivery, swap your product for a different product, or pause the subscription. Under that is “CONTINUE,” but “cancellation” isn’t listed, so why would you press continue if you don’t want one of the three listed options? And yet, that’s what you have to do to get to any option for cancellation. It’s figuratively behind the curtain where you’d never look for it. And that’s still a pretty scammy way to do things.

I love their magnesium gummies for both adults and kids. My son is really hyper and it’s one of the only things that gets him to mellow out before bed time. I feel great taking them. Clean products.
