After speaking with three different representatives, Michael was the only one who was able to fully understand the situation and figure out what was happening. I know I can be persistent when I need something resolved, but Michael remained patient, professional, and determined to find a solution. He didn’t give up or pass the issue along, he continued working through it until he found a way to help me. Michael, thank you for your patience, persistence, and excellent customer service. Woke up this morning to the unfortunate 85 degrees and one of our ac units not operating, called for an emergencys service and was greeted by Nash and he was super helpful and straight forward after i relayed the information.
