FirstKey homes has a very bad…
FirstKey homes has a very bad maintenance department. We have had an open request for a gas leak in our oven for almost a month now with the request still being unresolved. They will close maintenance requests with out fixing them over and over again because they know people will eventually just shut up and live with it. It's worse than any apartment maintenence department you can think of. If you rent with FirstKey home you will only bring sadness and regret into your life and consider why you didn't just go with the other company. The first week we moved in (in Chicago in January) we had with no utilities and it was extremely cold. They tried to compensate us for their mistake but you can't fix the damage done to our 6 month old son. They don't care about you and you will never get a hold of the main office to speak to an American ever. Do not rent with FirstKey homes (any FirstKey homes comercials you see onlime about how good their maimtenance department is is false propoganda to cover up the fact that is truely is awful)
