I truly wish I could give this company no stars. A complete waste of time and money. Me and my roommate applied , completed the verification process and all. Didnt hear anything so I called only for them to say we had to find another home for a lower price. So when was this gone get communicated to us?

Joe was very friendly. She greeted me and asked what kind of problem I was calling about. She asked very pertinent questions to provide to the maintenance department. She was very understanding of the issue we were facing. She told me she entered the information and that the maintenance department would reach out to me to schedule a time. She also informed me I would be receiving an email regarding this request. Then wished me a good day and said goodbye!
