I have ordered a piece for my Hyundai as it appeared in their website at a competitive price from one of their sellers stock. After few week they have cancelled the order due to non availability at that price. In other few days they refunded my account. Rate 5 stars for correctness. The sellers they are working with probably have out of date available stocks

Some pros and cons according to my experience.!

What i like: 1) It is a one stop solution to find parts. All selected parts come with different parallel alternatives which varies in price range. The availability of each parts are clearly stated. 2) Free shipping What i don't like: 1)The website GUI is messy, not responsive and slow. Everything need a revamp, from the online shop, order cart, order history, garage, .. etc. 2) Checkout experience is not great because no option to select which to checkout, which for later.. etc.

I was ordering parts for my gear

I was ordering parts for my gear, so i had selected the parts and placed the order, and after almost 3 weeks i was informed that 1 out of the 4 parts is not available but for me that 1 part was the most crucial one and without that my gear cannot be fixed. So now i have received the the other 3 parts but for me they are useless. YOu should have a system where you can check the availabilty first and then take the payment. Please advice the procedure to return the 3 (Order ID 3960888 & 3960889) parts that i have ordered.

It is not that easy to get spare Chevrolet parts, fortunately fitinpart.sg carries big assortment of GM parts at very reasonable price. I needed 2 parts urgently so I made an order and 10 min later I got the email that I can come and collect them from Kaki Bukit warehouse. I went there and the parts were packed and ready to be collected. The whole collection process took less than 2 min.

Saw the part was available. Ordered today early morning and item was ready to be collected within 1 hour. Went to the office to pick up item. Transaction was within 10 minutes. Quite efficient I might say.
