Request canceled 2 time after confirmation of availability of the parts. I paid in time and 2 time canceled. This issue blocked my project. All the time not procurable. Please i need information, i just need my parts

Review Title: Terrible experience: hidden costs and no transparency! Review: I ordered a spare part for €15.20, with already high shipping costs of €17.65. But the real shock came later: €25 in import taxes that were never mentioned anywhere on the website! In the end, I paid almost €60 for something I could’ve bought brand new and original from an official supplier, without all this mess. This lack of clarity made me look bad in front of my client too. Puntuali e fulmini a incassare... ma solo in quello.

Il loro sito dichiara disponibili più di 500 pezzi del prodotto che mi interessa. Pago. Loro incassano i soldi. Dopo 20 giorni mi scrivono che il prodotto non è in magazzino. Ma entro 1-2 giorni sarò rimborsato. I giorni passano, il rimborso non arriva. Fitinpart.sg è la piattaforma di ricambi meno seria da cui ho comprato. Sono lenti e inaffidabili in tutto tranne che nell'incassare. ____________________________________ Their website states that there are more than 500 pieces of the product I am interested in available. I pay. They collect the money. After 20 days they write to me that the product is not in stock. But within 1-2 days I will be refunded. The days pass, the refund does not arrive. Fitinpart.sg is the least serious spare parts platform I have bought from. They are slow and unreliable in everything except collecting money.

Bought these in March 2025, within weeks I started noticing slight squeaking and grinding noises when braking, took it to the mechanic, who confimred brakes are poor quality and wearing down quickly. For something brand new I didnt expect to deal with those issues so soon. Very disappointed with the built quality and lack of durability.

I had to call a few times to be able to speak to someone on the phone. I ordered x2 quantity of the same part. 1 available in KK and 1 available in Tuas. I have not been informed via email the part to be transferred from Tuas to KK was ready for pickup. I had to call to check. Website is laggy for every selection that I made. Friendly staff.
