I recently had a bad experience when buying a polaris part online. When the package arrived, I noticed that the part was damaged. At first, I thought the damage had happened during transportation, but after inspecting the box, it became clear that the problem was the packaging itself. The part was larger than the box, and it had been bent and forced inside. Because of that, it arrived scratched and deformed. I was very disappointed because I had paid a significant amount of money for the item and expected it to arrive in perfect condition. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I sent pictures showing both the damaged part and the inadequate packaging. The experience was frustrating because I now have to spend additional time and money repairing and repainting the part. I requested a refund

Been waiting for this shipment for 2weeks and it still hasn’t shipped. The customer service lady told me she would get back to me today and never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything!
