The communication was great, and the measuring tool was very helpful. My screens fit perfectly and I’m so excited to not have any gaps around my screens to prevent bugs from coming in.

Ordering nightmares

The product is decent if you don't plan on installing or removing more than a couple times. However, the company is a complete disaster to work with. Their internal processes and customer service are non-existent. We have received multiple orders that show up randomly and with duplicate, damaged and/or wrong orders due to incompetence on the order processing side. They will not respond to mistakes either. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing directly from Flexscreen. Let Home Depot deal with their dumpster fire if you can pay more through HD.

Insane shipping cost

The screen price is expensive but somewhat understandable. However I was completely unprepared for the $200 additional shipping fee needed after I entered the measurements. That’s more than the 2 screens cost together.

Measuring the opening with the "antenna…

Measuring the opening with the "antenna tool" wasn't reliable, there wasn't a way to lock the tool to take a measurement! This was the 1st problem, the screen easily ripped and didn't stay properly seated in the groove of the window so I'm going back the old screen which I can repair easily!

I love the idea but the experience was…

I love the idea but the experience was just awful took way to long to receive my order and I had to do a another order and it took even longer. I had some issues with customer service so for that reason 2½-3 stars.

It worked just the way we expected it…

It worked just the way we expected it to, and we have a history of damaged screens that get wrecked during removal. So planning on ordering more. Only thing is can we get the frames in white instead of black? Phone 952-836-5486

I never rec'd my order

I never rec'd my order . Flexscreen refuses to respond to my inquiries. I am filing complaints w/ BBB, AG offices in PA., Fla., & MI. (my home state) & my credit card co. You scammed me out of $ 114.00. I cannot believe you have the nerve to contact me for a review.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. The screens arrived larger than submitted. Rude customer service and not helpful in trying to retain customers. Would not recommend.

I am somewhat satisfied

I am somewhat satisfied. I don't like the measuring method. Getting the true measurement and then subtracting from that to provide a number seems odd. That should be a behind the scenes transaction. Seems like a quality product. I guess time will tell.

Experience was pretty good - the glitch in the order production system took some time to figure out. I am glad I kept the paperwork. Flex Screen acknowledged and got me my screens Still love the screens!!

Screens are nice

Screens are nice. We can barely see them. Measuring was a nervous experience, what if they wouldn't fit Took a little too long to arrive

Love the screens

Love the screens, have them in a couple homes, however one screen on the last order wasn’t completely sealed and is frayed at the frame for about 3-4 inches.

Perfect fit

Perfect fit. Great measuring tool. And the flexible frame made it possible to install in a situation where a rigid frame would not have worked. I love your product.

Quite pricey for two window screens

Quite pricey for two window screens; but, screen sizing was perfect and can't beat the easy installation
