Friendly personnel
Friendly personnel, trying to resolve any issues. There is an issue w/ insurance, even though they accept Priceline collision insurance which I bought cheaper, but they wanted a $2,000 fee deposit b/c using priceline, completely unacceptable if I'm renting thru priceline.com... anyway I had to buy thier full insurance and just a $250 deposit fee... Besides that, service was great, and offered a upgrade for a couple of dollars more... not bad, just improve things with priceline.com
