I strongly do not recommend this travel…

I strongly do not recommend this travel agency. I purchased my airline tickets from Montréal to Guangzhou more than three months ago and paid the full amount by credit card. I received a Flight Channel booking confirmation, but when I tried to manage my reservation directly through Air Canada, they could not find any booking under my name. For the past several months, I have called customer service many times. Every time, I was told that my ticket would be “confirmed soon” or that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. They even asked me to change my departure flight , which I agreed to in order to accommodate them. Now, with my trip approaching, today i call again and they told that I must pay an additional $700 if I want to travel. No clear explanation has been provided, and I still have not received a valid electronic ticket (e-ticket) or an Air Canada booking reference that Air Canada can recognize. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I sincerely hope Flight Channel resolves this situation, but based on my experience, I urge other travelers to be extremely cautious before booking with this company.

Mario was very good

Mario was very good. It did take a lot longer than I expected and it cost me a lot more than I had been quoted online, but I took it anyway. Mario said there were things not included, so I was okay with that.

Enriching themselves at customer cost

I had to make a report because it is not right what Flight Channel is doing. I have purchased from flight channel before and had an affordable and successful trip with them . The second time was a disaster , it was a short trip , and I felt they ruined my trip. The initial ticket was unable to process due to not getting card approval, no one called me back to let me know my ticket was not processed.3 days before I left I realized I had no ticket , only because I wanted to see the time my flight was leaving then I saw one email stating my card was declined. I called them and Sofia decided to assist me with a new flight. The same issues with my card declining. Then I said to her don’t worry, I will make my purchase some where else since you were unable to process the payment. She said if you do not get the ticket she was trying to processed the taxes already processed for the frontier and only Flight Chanel part is not successful. If I go to the airport I will still have to pay those taxes which made me very upset. I feel it’s not legitimate statement. Made no sense. However , I said do you have a ticket for me and would you be able to use a different card to process my ticket . She replied yes and I proceed. The day before I left , I see a call and also checked my email and they wanted to call me . I called them back 7:15 pm and they said the ticket was canceled. 😞 They were unable to find a flight for me other than Philadelphia. I don’t live in Philadelphia so I would not be able to fly out from Philadelphia. I had to be at a meeting the next day . I felt my whole trip and plans was ruined . I felt it’s a company that is focused on themselves on what money they can make. They risk your ticket and your plans to enrich themselves. I will never use Flight Channel again. Mind you my hotel , and transportation was already booked . What made me upset is how the card declined I wanted to leave and make my purchased some where else and she insisted that I will have to pay tax for something that didn’t even processed . Disingenuous and you are not guaranteeing my ticket.

I had a great experience purchasing my ticket and thanks to STEVE because the website doesn’t give you the confirmation code of the airline, STEVE managed to change us our flight company to a direct flight.

I initially left a positive feedback but I am taking it all back. I read a comment about another customer being hacked after a transaction he tried to make to purchase a ticket. Thought to myself it must have been bad luck. Well guess what? Same thing happened to me. I even told Samuel about it before going through the purchase and he assured me that it wasn't going to happen. I hesitated, but I should have listened to my gut. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. People are soooo dishonest. Can't these hackers get a job like everyone else who works hard to try to make an honest living? I'm so disgusted. ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE I BEG YOU: DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS THROUGH FLIGHTS CHANNEL. YOU WILL BE TAKING A BIG RISK. You have been warned ⚠️

I booked a moving truck from Maryland…

I booked a moving truck from Maryland to Greensboro NC but the agent did not input my drop off to Greensboro NC and when I called to correct it, the process took over 4 hours. They refunded $40 back to me same day but once I asked for full refund they said 2-3 business days or they would issue a partial refund which wasn’t in the agreement that they sent. Very sketchy and agents hung up on me after begging them for a refund in order for my items to not be out on the street and it’s compromised my livelihood and ill definitely escalate further if it’s not resolved in the proper way as promised. I’ll definitely be reporting this company to BBB. Do not book with them!!!

I found this third party the best around available in market. Flight channel is best in its service , 24 hr cancellation policy with full refund. , best offer with flights n overall this is a combo with ur expectations. Advisor Samuel who help me a lot with best deal and today. He’s best.

Extremely upset with our whole…

Extremely upset with our whole experience with flight channel as a company. We booked specific times due to having young children, once I hit confirm, and they charged my card, I got a message saying the booking was not confirmed and I had to call them. Spent an hour on the phone and ended up having to pay more for a worse flight. They wouldn't let me cancel even though my email stated "booking not confirmed". Editing to add about a week after we booked our flights, our credit card was compromised. We have read several other reviews that this has happened. Be warned.
