Mr Samuel Lopez assisted my husband and…
Mr Samuel Lopez assisted my husband and I on a trip to Cancun . He assisted several of my family as well .. He was professional and took the time and patience to give us the best price for our trip. I had problems with my credit card He called me back and waited patiently with me on the phone until I was able to provide him with another card to complete my booking . The price that was given by this agency saved us a substantial amount for the trip. I’m so glad that my cousin was able to find this company and to have someone so kind and nice to provide me with excellent customer service that I felt comfortable with. Every question I had he answered …Mr. Lopez is a very good asset to your company. Thank you

Bought 4 tickets in Jan 29th 2026 for May 30th 2026 flight USA to Japan. They told me several times that I will get the airline confirmation 30 days before the flight departure. I called them 5x before 5/1/26 and they assured and guarantee that I will get my airline confirmation 30 days before departure.
May 1, 30 days before departure, I called and they said the airline oversold so they have no ticket and want to charge me 3X the original amount for a different flight that is worst. I asked them to give me a refund and they want to charge me cancellation fee and told me they will call me back, etc ... I call them 5 times to get my refund and I can't get them to start the charge back. I finally have to call my credit card to revert the charges.
SCAM! stay away!
