Samuel was incredible! He helped me so much with figuring out my flight details after my booking was unsuccessful. He helped me get another flight for the same price. He was kind, caring, patient, and understanding. Outstanding customer service!!

It was my first time booking with sky scanner
It was my first time booking with, and I was a little hesitant because of all the negative reviews. But Samuel completely changed that experience for me.
He was helpful, professional, and very prompt in replying to my questions via email. He put me at ease about trusting online booking again and even followed up with a phone call after I received the ticket confirmation number.
There are still companies and people out there who truly do their job well. Samuel, you did a great job — thank you!

Scam company AVOID!
Scam company, Avoid! Booked tickets 3 months ago, 3 weeks before the flight day, I call asking when I'll get my tickets and they told me it was overbooked and I will not have tickets. They told me I had the choice to rebook at a higher price or reimbursed. I asked to be reimbursed. After the 4-7 days they told me it would take, I called them back and now they told me their policy is to never reimburse and told me to call my credit card and dispute the charge.
This was my first experience booking a flight with Flights Channel. Samuel was very helpful and professional. Samuel showed great customer service and he assisted myself, my mother, and aunt book our flights with no issues. I would highly recommend Flights Channel LLC to anyone who wants superior service.
