Had a wonderful experience with the FlipHTML5 team (MIscha) getting our nonprofit off the ground and running on the tool.

We’ve been using the service for years and have continuously integrated it into our marketing strategy. It fills a clear gap in the market. All of our clients consistently praise the materials we create with it, which speaks volumes about its impact and quality. At the beginning, it felt somewhat challenging to use—especially since we are not IT specialists—but after a short learning curve, we are now able to produce materials in just a few minutes. For any company aiming for a professional, high-end appearance, this is no longer optional—it’s a baseline requirement.

Mischa did a fabulous job in customer service. She understood the issue completely and resolved the matter with just one exchange of email. It’s not everyday that you experience this level of expertise and cheerfulness! Highly recommend FlipHTML5 and Mischa
Finally—A Company That Respects Your Time (And Has a Great Product!)
First, this is a wonderful, cost-effective option to use for flipbook (and other design) creation. Second, the customer service and response time is extraordinary. Once I moved to another job and no longer needed the subscription, I sent a message from my account to support and requested to downgrade to the free version. Literally within minutes I received confirmation that my request had been taken care of. No harassment or requirement to converse over the phone first. No marketing hassles or time-consuming objections. Simply respect for my decision and immediate action on my behalf. This is a breath of fresh air! When I need to work with flipbooks (or other design) again, I will definitely be coming back to FlipHTML5!
Review and Customer Experience
We have been using Fliphtml for a while with no complaints to it. Recently we had a situation regarding not beig able to add new books. After reporting it we were promptly helped by the colleague Mischa, and the problem solved quickly.
Great Platform for Digital Catalogs
We use FlipHTML5 for our digital catalogs in the flooring industry, and it’s been a great experience so far. The platform is easy to use, and it quickly turns our PDFs into clean, professional-looking flipbooks. It’s made sharing catalogs with clients much more efficient, and everything displays well across devices. Overall, a reliable and user-friendly solution for digital publishing.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I tested several flipbook platforms and settled on this one. It gives me a great flipbook, lots of design choices and embeds well on my website. Great price for a great product
My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. They have quick response on email and their customer service is top-notch. I love the platform of how you can edit and publish even where you are starting with the free version. I would recommend the paid platinum as it gives you a robust option of creativity and features. I would heavily recommend FlipHTML5 to any individual or corporate looking to get to the next level of Marketing and Branding. Thanks FlipHTML5 and keep it up.
FlipHTML5 is great
FlipHTML5 is great. I came here from Issuu (when they lost their minds and 10x their prices). I've never looked back. Don't search any further. Great interface and service. FlipHTML5 is clearly a company committed to its customers. I found an issue with their stats exports. The fault was fixed and deployed in 3 days. Unbelievable service!
💡LAST MINUTE NEEDS➡️FAST RESULTS➡️PROFESSIONAL GRADE PRODUCTS✅
I had an extremely last-minute situation where I needed to create a professional flipbook for an important virtual meeting and proposal presentation. I reached out to FlipHTML5 with a request, and their team generously provided me with a 5-day trial so I could complete my work. That level of support meant a lot. The platform itself is excellent. It’s incredibly streamlined, intuitive, and easy to use. The interface is simple enough that honestly a fifth grader could figure it out, yet powerful enough to produce very professional results. Within a short time I was able to turn my document into a clean, interactive flipbook that looked polished and presentation-ready. The tools are straightforward, the process is fast, and the final product looks great. Huge thank you to the FlipHTML5 team for their responsiveness and support. If you need a quick, professional way to turn documents into engaging digital flipbooks, this platform is THE WAY TO GO!!!!!
The BEST.
Mischa was not only responsive RIGHT AWAY when I made a mistake not once, but twice! I asked for a refund (within the 7 days) and got it with no questions asked. Not only that, but I asked him for a suggestion on getting help to build my flipbook and he immediately replied with a referral. So above and beyond, that I decided to resubscribe and continue working with them!
Looking for a flipbook effect…
I was looking for a flipbook effect for my sales brochure, tried to create one using Acrobat, but Acrobat still needs to outsource to an external software. So I searched on Google and landed on FLIPHTML5. The software is user-friendly with lots of customization if you need to fine-tune your publication. For me, I just need to drop my 80MB PDF into the software, share it with my client, and that's it. I uploaded my PDF, and within minutes, the flipbook was ready with effects and sound, and the visuals are almost identical in terms of color and resolution. I am very pleased with the software and will recommend it to everyone.
Very responsive support!
I recently took over using FlipHTML5 for our company and had a few issues in updating the account credentials but Choco in support helped with that in no time. I haven't really had a chance to get familiar with the product, but the documentation has been really helpful so far in figuring things out on my own.
They Actually Care
When I couldn't afford to pay for my platinum package due to sudden financial stress, I reached out, told them my predicament and instead of dismissing me, they gave me a 50% discount for the month. That is CUSTOMER CARE on a whole new level.

We were on a platform that doubled our subscription price when it came time to renew. There was no way we could afford it and we looked and found this platform. It did everything the other platform did and more and offered it at a significantly reduced price. It is affordable and excellent, if you need a platform for your flipping books and a bookshelf and links to videos in your books, this is the platform. We could not be more pleased and are thrilled to be able to use this. It is a gift to our team.

Flip5HTML has been a core software component in our architecture. We are not an IT-rich organisation, so the configurability and breadth of use cases offered by the Flip5 stack enabled us to deliver results we could not have achieved without significant effort. Flip5 provided us with a capability and feature roadmap that aligned with our needs. Great product. Great support team. Great pricing.
