I ordered garage tiles and one of the boxes arrived with some damage. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a replacement after seeing a picture of the box. They also let me keep the damaged tiles, which actually worked out since I was able to cut off the broken tabs and use those pieces where cuts were needed anyway. Everything turned out great and five stars for making it right.
