I had a wonderful experience ordering from this flowerchimp. The website was easy to navigate, with a great variety of gifts for every occasion. The ordering process was simple and secure, and my gift was delivered on time exactly as described. The product quality exceeded my expectations. My go-to flower delivery service.
For my previous order, the actual arrangement looked so much better in person than the photo.
Jeah and Sara were the one who assisted me this time and they were very helpful.
Very happy and satisfied with their service and products. Their site has a wide selection and fairly priced items. Checkout was simple and easy. Their response time is quite fast if you have any concerns. I will sure be using them again when another occasion arises.
I was asisted by Bea in a prompt and efficient way! I asked to change the delivery address and to move the date to a day later and she adjusted my order without any fuss. Great customer service and delivery service as well as I've ordered from Flower Chimp before, both in Philippines and Singapore.
Everything about my order with FlowerChimp went absolutely perfectly from start to finish! The delivery was super fast and arrived exactly on time, which was awesome. I was a bit worried about how it would look, but everything arrived completely okay, intact, and beautifully packaged. The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the add-on gifts were perfect. On top of that, the price was very good and offered great value for such amazing quality.
Great service and support thanks for Bea.

I have used Flower Chimp Philippines, a few times already in the past with great satisfaction and this delivery was no exception.
I must thank Bea, who timely warned me that I had made an order including an item not available for the location I wanted, and assured that the rest was in impeccable condition and delivered on time. Very professional.
