Came on time is my only positive. The bouquet I received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. The flowers I was sent were significantly cheaper than what I paid for. Do not use that service.

I have always been so happy with ProFlowers. Love the idea that their gorgeous bouquets are designed by florists and hand delivered, not boxed.

It was the most beautiful bouquet
My sister said her bouquet was the most beautiful she's ever seen! I ordered through FTD, which uses ProFlowers. And emails came from ProFlowers,,, I ordered the Lucky Lily Bouquet and she said it's full of roses/carnations/astromeria/2 lilies (instead of tulips as advertised) and she loves all of those. I did pay twenty five dollars for delivery, which was pricey through FTD. And FTD said it came with a birthday balloon. But it didn't have a balloon.... That was ok by me as she was thrilled. It was delivered on a Sunday, as I requested.

Very pleased with every experience
Have been using ProFlowers for many years. Delivery all around the country and at all times of the year has been excellent. Always on time and to the address requested. Have yet to have any problems with the delivery or the products. Flowers are always fresh and vase plus any extras are undamaged. I would strongly recommend ProFlowers to anyone needing flowers delivered for any special person or occasion.

Very bad timing in delivery
If you plan on giving a loved one flowers dont order for the day of the special occasion. Order the day before. I left for dinner at 645 pm and didn't even get to give her the bouquet until the next day. They were delivered at 8 pm. Thanks for nothing. I wil never use this proflowers again.
