Scammers
After I picked out the flowers and the card and paid with my debit card they added $12 for a card and $25 for delivery.That was not was advertised.They did refund me my money.

FIRST TIME USER
Fully understandable and well explained instructions for placing an order. Great selection of products. Can't wait to see the result after I spent a tremendous amount of time to pick out the perfect bouquet for my son's first birthday flower delivery at 40 years old.

Cheats!
I purchased the premium bouquet and what was delivered was not even close to the pictures wouldn’t even qualify for a small. It looked like flowers picked from my yard. The flowers were wrong, the display had minimal flowers in it. And the balloon was only partially inflated. I called the following day and was told they would make it right by sending another display out…..it didn’t come! I called a second day and again lots of apologies and was promised they would send the right Flowers. Again, nothing. This was from a florist they use in Albuquerque so it’s that florist that is also to blame for the pitiful flowers. However, Proflowers could not make this right. I’m now going to demand a refund. Stay tuned…..Ok so as a side note, they did refund me for the problems. I told them they needed to find a different flower provider in Albuquerque as the Albertsons does not follow the arrangements Pro Flowers display. It may be a one time issue and I could possibly give them a second chance.

ProFlowers is a GREAT online flower shop! I ordered with them for the first time on Mother's Day 2026 weekend. The Mixed Roses Gift Set was delivered ON TIME and to the CORRECT location at a hospital. The online ordering system is user friendly. Customer Service is available to speak with customers. It is super EASY to navigate their web site and choose all sorts of beautiful flowers, a wide selection of arrangements, and gifts for any and every occasion. Plus, they have pricing options that can fit your specific budget. The company also offers email discounts - regularly. I would highly recommend Pro Flowers!
