Seriously?!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. After charging $91 for an okay plant that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday the 30th, and a text apologizing for on the late delivery and saying it would be definitely delivered on Friday the 31st, I’m still waiting for that delivery! Getting in touch with a ‘real’ person in a nightmare! Just got off the phone after 2 AI assistants and got a person that I think must have just woken up and said it would be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday and they would refund $25. At this point I want to cancel the whole thing! These are sympathy flowers for a family member so getting them in a timely manner was very important to me! Absolutely never again with these clowns
The worst service I ever encounter
This is genuinely the worst service I have ever seen. It was supposed today to be delivered at around 5pm but the order never gotten delivered. It was embarrassing having to tell them that the order was late and we have to cancel it. I am disappointed not being able to get the flowers that I need for their funeral. The only good thing is that they will give you a refund really fast. I haven’t gotten my money yet but I hope I do.

WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT OF A FLOWER COMPANY
These are, without exaggeration, the most atrocious flowers I have ever ordered. I purchased the Empress Bouquet – Exquisite for my mom’s birthday. What arrived was a gaudy, dingy, badly arranged mess that looked nothing like the soft, elegant bouquet advertised online. Several of the roses appeared to be spray-painted in harsh pink and purple, the colors clashed, and the entire arrangement looked cheap and thrown together. Calling this bouquet “Exquisite” is almost insulting. It was expensive, embarrassing to have delivered, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment—and the money—and order from literally anyone else.

Yet Another Successful Experience
I have been using ProFlowers for several years to send birthday and Mother's Day bouquets. It seems like each arrangement is lovelier than the ones before, and I never get a negative comment about anything.
