The agent worked very hard and very responsive. My only problem is not with the agent but with Fly World Class how their system works. Very complicated and not transparent. Cancellation is very difficult and complicated.

Shelly was a paragon of patience and information. For three years we have been waiting to proceed with a reservation initially delayed thanks to the onset of Covid. Finally we reached a point where we thought it was safe to renew our attempts to fly "multi-city" to Europe. There was a minor irregularity in your booking details. We had to adjust and take full responsibility by giving a full refund as a courtesy for any inconvenience it has caused you. As you felt likewise, Shelly deserved a pat on the back as she did her best to get a favorable flight, though not the same, at least closest to the one provided a year ago.
Unfortunately, that was not the case; thus, a fare difference was charged, which Shelly had made you aware of. Rest assured, a more consistent and proactive notification process is now in place.
