Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People widely reported terrible customer service, stating that support agents completely ignored emails and failed to provide any assistance when technical issues arose. Buyers also faced severe shipping delays, lost parcels, and frequently received defective items without ever being able to successfully process a warranty claim or return. Some reviewers were happy with the actual hardware, noting that certain devices felt exceptionally well-made and provided great value for money. Other customers also enthusiastically praised the tools as excellent reliable options for simple projects when orders arrived safely within the expected delivery timeframe.
