Good till it wasn't
Short version: Do not purchase from Ford Parts Giant.
You aren't actually saving money if you have to buy the same part twice because the company failed to ship.

Missing Part: AL3Z-6268-A
I’ve placed several orders with Ford Parts Giant in the past and things went well, but as the saying goes: everything is good until it isn't. I placed a $1,000 order inclucing a complete 6.2L timing chain replacement. 3 Chains, Guides, tensioner and all the gaskets When the parts arrived, one of the timing chains was missing, even though the job requires two of that same part number.
I reached out to them, and they asked me to complete an RMA that included taking pictures of the items I actually received (which seemed odd). They said they would follow up with me, but I haven’t heard a word since—it has been total silence.
The truck is currently torn down and sitting in the shop waiting for that chain. I don't have the time to wait days or weeks for them to respond, so I went ahead and ordered a replacement from a different company and email them proof of purchase.
Prices are irrelevant if you can't get the correct parts on time or at all. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will do my best to spread the word. It is easy for a company to have "good" customer service when everything is going right, but their true colors show when a problem arises. I would personally stay away from this company unless you have no other choice.

2006 F350 SD external transmission filter
The part was great, but I needed to confirm that part came with a new filter. Trying to get a question answer is an absolute joke. Finally did an email, an I did get a response the next day. I needed the question answered immediately.
