Free conference is easy to use

Free conference is easy to use, website is well designed and there is almost zero issues with call-in, pin codes or drop calls. One of the best features is the ability to "store" details of your call and then when I am scheduling the same team to discuss the same topic I can recall the prior meeting and just change date and time and agenda, time and invitees automatically transfer over to new meeting.

It was reported that nobody received the text notification that was generated. We had to end up using some other way to do a conference. Everyone's technological knowledge is different.

I like free conference callbut could not sign in as moderator

I like free conference call but as a moderator I ws unable to sign in as moderator to moderate the call or record it.

Complaint about service and actual follow through in having a session, or, in cancelling a session before you charge us for it.

Good Afternoon: I am not very happy with the results of our endeavors to use Free Conference Call... Rather than ZOOM. I this meeting as well as the rescheduled date of replacement, April 19 @ 5p were cancelled by me. In their place I made the attempt to schedule a session on Thursday, April 21 at 5Pm. Sometimes functions work on your system, and oftentimes they do not. This replacement meeting I set up for today, April 21, at 5p. the invitation to send emails to participants was not working. Worse, I ask it to copy to me the host... and as of now 80 minute later, there is no email from you concerning this meeting. All the various sites to click on to make changes are arbitrary and capricious. I regret this. Please advise; Sincerely Bernadine Jennings P.S. I think you have more than one billing account for us. There are two (2) different code, you send to me as Phone #, access code, and of late I am not getting a moderator # from you. YIKES!!!

I have tried unsuccessfully to delete my account for months, someone else is using the account now and I keep getting emails and text messages every time they have a call, and I can get in and participate just by clicking in the links.
