Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience with FDR. On the one hand, they did help settle one of my debts. On the other hand, I came away feeling that using a debt relief company wasn’t nearly as beneficial as I had expected. First, their fees are very high. While they negotiated a significant reduction in the debt itself, once all of their fees were added, I ended up paying only slightly less than the original amount I owed. Second, my other debt was never settled because FDR determined that I didn’t have enough funds in my dedicated account. As a result, the creditor filed a lawsuit. At that point, I had to step in and handle the situation myself. It put me under a lot of financial pressure because I had to come up with the money very quickly to resolve the matter directly with the creditor and avoid further legal consequences. Overall, I can’t say that I’m very satisfied with my experience. If you have the ability to negotiate with your creditors yourself, I would strongly recommend trying that before enrolling in a debt relief program. In many cases, working directly with your creditors can have a much smaller impact on your credit score and may also be a better financial decision overall. Personally, I would never use another debt relief company again. Hopefully, I won’t ever need to, because I’ve learned to be much more careful about taking on debt in the future. But if there’s one lesson I took away from this experience, it’s that I would rather deal with my creditors directly than go through a debt relief agency again.

Freedom is true to there word you give them your debt and agree on payment terms . They do the rest for you by paying your creditors and you can always add extra if you like to settle faster.

well I was told to shut off auto pay with my credit cards and they still took my payment then you guys took your payment and now im broke and in the hole no money for food till the 14th and then that will be minus cus I was already hurting thanks

Last settlement went to lawsuit. No savings on original amount. Offered a credit to account which we took thinking it was going to the debt. It only went to cover some of the settlement fees which wasn't explained a head of time. Ended up not saving anything.

I have more debt too settle some are coming after me I only can pay so much 600 month I have 10 more credit cards to take care this I made have file bankruptcy don’t yet getting close

Just got off the phone with Harun Hadzimujic who perfectly explained the debt relief program to me and got me enrolled to lower my monthly payments from $850+ to a mere $200.
