By far the dumbest thing I ever did. Ive spent 5 yrs and still have gotten no where. I got sued and the attorney that was representing me through them was incredibly rude and I ended up paying way more monthly than I could afford. My credit is no better, I should've just filed bankruptcy. Do not use this company, they take most of your payment and use it to pay them selves first.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me pay off one of my credit cards but I had to pull out early because I moved to another state and was out of work for almost a year so I couldn’t keep up the payments, but they are a great company the only thing I would say is if you do ask them to cash out your dedicated account be wary of CFT the company they use to send out your check. I’m having a problem with my bank where CFT will not release the funds and I am having to wait until the 28th and I deposited the check on the 20th so it’s going to be over a week now and I still haven’t gotten my full amount of my check it’s a little frustrating .

The company really helped me get out of my big debt easier to communicate with and if you’re out there, trying to settle one of your debts every once in a while if you get a little extra money, send them the extra money so the payments go by a lot faster, I didn’t think I was gonna be done until next June and surprisingly I was done on July 17 which is amazing and I really appreciate everything that FDR is done with me and I hope to everybody out there that you followed her program and it works well
