Lost login access to my FREEMAKE program, so I sent a quick email with the requested details. The next morning [my time], there was the answer to my query - fast, efficient, and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending FREEMAKE and their products. Very satisfied customer.

Well, the app on my mac mini freezes at 50%, but worked on their web page, got an mp3 from a utube video, so I can listen in the car, worked perfectly
Initial disappointment
I’d like to update my recent review. Initially I gave Freemake a one star with the review included below. I have to say that Freemake have been extremely prompt in resolving the situation for me. In fact, they have always been very quick to respond to small issues I have faced before. In truth, I have found this software very user friendly and it functions really well. It’s why I was so disappointed when I couldn’t get the software to work. I would heartily recommend them and I’ve upgraded my star rating. My original one star review: I purchased a lifetime key from Freemake. Don’t bother because they’ve now released a new version and asked me to pay again as the old version no longer works. Lifetime surely means lifetime. In my opinion.

Awesome product
Awesome product! Been using Freemake for 10+ years... Never had any issues until recently... For some reason, it just wouldn't load the article... Freemake worked constantly on trying to resolve my issue. They finally sent me a EXE FILE to install so that I could sent them my "log files". Unfortunately, (just stupid bad luck), when I attempted to send them my files, my hard drive crashed on my laptop and it wouldn't boot up. They told me that after I get back up and running, to reach back out to them and they would be glad to help me!
