Key already used on old laptop needed help
Original Laptop broken beyond repair. Hard drive changed to replacement laptop so programme still installed. It asked for a key before it would do anything. Told support and they re-enlivened my key for the replacement laptop.No queries, no payment, they just did it. Good service and a good programme.

I tried a suscription to download one video, the quality wqs great. But I forgot to unsuscribe for the software payment. I was not sure to use it often, I requested a refund and the supporr team answered and refunded me in minutes! Great experience to make this easy. Thank you!

I accidentally paid twice through paypal . In each case it said the transaction did not go though. A check on my account showed twice debited. I contacted Treemake through gmail. I have given Freemake 5 stars which they well deserve. Please give them a try out if you have not already done so. You will not be disappointed!
A reliable company
I have been using Freemake software since 2024, I must say I am very pleased with the application and the company. A trustworthy company with efficient customer service. The only two times I had problems has to do with my License Key. I contacted the company and BOOM-problems resolved. I recommended the company to some friends, never regret.
I really like Freemake
I really like Freemake. I bought a Mega Pack software item from them and it has worked pretty well for me. I use it to make DVDs of certain You tube videos. It recently stopped working and I contacted Freemake's support team about the problem. They reactivated my code after a short period of time and now it works nicely again. Thank you.

Just changed this review to 5 STARS up from 1 STAR thanks to the the way I have received their customer service. OKAY - The below issue of Freemake not working on my Windows 11 computer has not changed. But I would now like to praise "Freemake" for the customer service that I have received in regards to this. After furnishing the Freemake support team with all the relevant information and proof of purchase etc and a full description of what was happening they thoroughly agreed and without any hassle returned to me in full the money I had paid out for the "Freemake Software" that I had installed on my Windows 11 machine (Now removed). I must say it was one of the fastest refunds I have ever experienced and because of this my estimation of Freemake as a genuine company has gone up considerably! I am not making this up. Everything is working fine on my Windows 7 so I will now continue to enjoy converting my files on that PC but just to say to yourselves "Freemake" that if you do get your software to work as it should on a Windows 11 platform then I would happily purchase a lifetime key - especially as the processor on my Windows 11 PC is much faster. than the one on my Winows 7 PC. So thank you once again for sorting this out. From one happy customer. Previous - 1 Star complaint now changed (see above) I have Freemake Video Converter installed on my old windows 7 computer and it runs like a dream, so 5 stars for that one! I have since brought a newer computer which has windows 11 installed on it. It is a much faster computer than my windows 7 one but I do still use my old windows 7 computer to run some software that is not compatible with windows 11. I wanted to convert some mp4 files to WMV files so as soon as it was installed onto my Windoes 11 home computer without any hesitation I paid for an "Activation Key". I was charged £71.94 for a lifetime licence. I had many years ago done the same on my Windows 7 and was very pleased with it. However NOT THIS TIME! Having paid out all that amount of money I am furious to now find out that the software Freemake Video converter is not fit for purpose on my Widows 11. As soon as I dropped even a single mp4 file to convert to WMV it comes up with "Conversion Error please make sure that the input files are not corrupted". The mp4 file ran fine in all media players. So I tried using a slower setting but this time it either came up with the same error or Freemake just crashed and disappeared off of the screen. I decided to copy my files onto a memory stick and transferred them onto my Windows 7 machine running version 4.1.11 of Freemake Video Converter. Guess what? That converted the files without any issues! Yes slower because its an older computer but at least it got the job done!!! Please can I have my money back Freemake Video Converter is not fit for purpose on my Windows 11. From a very unhappy customer. Total waste of money!
