Freemake Solutions Work Reliably Right Out of the Gate
Freemake has been a trusted provider of digital solutions for me and always works as advertised simply and reliably. Low footprint but powerful solution for all of my video documenting needs...love it!
Thank you thank you thank you!!!
illegal charges
I Want you to rehabilitate the software that I already paid for, I don't care if you made an update, I just want what I paid for. You can't con me into paying $29 because you made an update to your software. It's illegal and you're robbing me. If I choose to buy the new software, that is my choice, but you can't con me into buying it by hijacking the software that I already paid for. Make the software I bought from you work just like it was I do not want or need your update.

Great Service but the App did not work for me.
Unfortunately the App I bought did not meet my expectancy but the service I received was professional and when I asked for a refund, there was no hassles and received the money without any problems. Shame the App did not work for me because during the trial run, I thought it to be a great product.

Your latest update erased my license
Your latest update erased my already paid for license. I wanted to watch my movie on the dvd and had to suffer through your logo throughout the movie. Luckily, I found the license later on, and applied it. Your software didn't believe it twice but finally it went through. This is for the Freemake Video converter. The freemake video downloader is supposed to convert films from youtube. It still doesnt work.
