I use Freightera for my shipments all the time and I've never had an issue! These guys are super reliable and provide better rates than the competition. I rarely give 5 stars as to me it has to be earned, but these guys well earned the 5 star!!
Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!
Friendly and interested in doing business. Most of us are in business to make money, but how we do so is telling ... with Freightera, that is a good thing.
Thank you very much for this lovely review!
Nothing wrong with Freightera, but the carrier Day & Ross keeps finding ways to add unjustified charges (directly onto our credit card). They’ll reel you in with a good rate and then add in charges after pickup. An absolute headache to deal with.
We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with Day&Ross, Amine! We'll do our best to make sure these kinds of issues don't happen again.
First time shipping with Freightera, and I am extremely satisfied. The whole process was clear, fast and quoted prices the best. I went from struggling to get an LTL quote to having more than 20 to pick from just by completing the basic details. Nevena Davidovic, logistics coordinator, gave me a diligent and professional service, explaining the process and pitfalls to avoid shipping problems.
Thank you for your lovely review Daniel! We'll make sure this reaches Nevena as well!
Recent booked shipment with a certain trucker did not get picked up for 3 days. Freightera was able to rectify the situation after 3 days of no-show of the trucker, and freight was picked up by a better trucker and was delivered within reasonable timeline. lesson learned from this experience: do not use the carrier that does not provide service. Our next booking will not be with the same trucker but will still be with Freightera.
Thank you Jing! We are terribly sorry about the issues you've had with your shipment this time around and we will do our best to make sure this does not happen again.
these guys ROCK! always ready to help when necessary , excellent customer service, unparalleled in the industry. I ship and organize pickups all over North America, and Freightera is ALWAYS the one I go to for my shipping needs. platform is super user friendly, if you need help they are really there for you. of course no one can predict what kind of surprises international transport can bring on the table, but if anything happens, this is the team you want to help you! this is by far the best transport broker I had the pleasure to work with. Eric from Specvalve inc
Thank you Eric, the pleasure has been all ours! We look forward to working together on your future shipments!
Freightera is pretty amazing. I have used it for probably 4 years now for big LTL shipments and they have saved me many hundreds of dollars on great shipping rates, and recently I have used them for heavy parcels shipping UPS and that has also been a great savings.
Thank you very much Wesley, we really appreciate it!
