Freightera is a good PLATFORM HOWEVER…

Freightera is a good PLATFORM HOWEVER the system has flaws; carriers (speedy, Day &ross et al ) often come back with additional fees aka extortion fees and all Freightera can do is pass the fees on to YOU: the consumer. I have had great experiences with them and i have had very unfortunate experiences with them but i am not willing to take anymore risks. there have been instances where skids/pallets have been "audited" the most ridiculous thing you hear is when the carrier for whatever UNETHICAL reasons decides to RE WEIGH your package they then impose what they call an INSPECTION fee of $70 even though your package WEIGHED LESS than what you originally declared it to be.

First time user and will be a repeat user

It was our first time using Freightera and it was easier to set-up the pickup than I expected and the delivery went as scheduled! Perfect execution! I will be using them for all future shipments.

Small business Freight experience

Been bringing in business LTL freight for a few years now. Freightera did exactly what was expected. What really stood out was the amount of location conditions to choose from. Tight space no dock, Farm, ect ect. Not just the standard business with dock. They also followed up hard with information so you would not get blindsided by the particulars of a shipment that may result in surprise charges. Its a good above board freight platform.
