Great site half the price!
I found the same sofas on this site for half the price as in a well known store.
I was nervous because I had never heard of Furniturepick before but everything went smoothly with ordering and delivery. The delivery men were good and set them up in the house and took the garbage away with them. Great company!

Stay far away from this company. FurniturePick is completely dishonest. The so-called 5-star reviews are most likely fake or internal scams. Their furniture is poor quality and the moment you place your order, they start the scam process. They ignore return requests, even if you reach out within their stated return window. Customer service is nonexistent. Once your furniture is delivered, you can forget about getting help or a refund—they'll ghost you.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. They are fraudsters hiding behind a professional-looking website.
Save yourself the stress and spend a little more with a reliable, reputable company. I’m writing this to warn others before they get trapped in the same situation.

Price not worth delivery time
I ordered a what they call "popular" bed in April of 2025. I called several times to track the order since there is no tracking information available from their website. It is the end of June 2025 and it's still not expected to arrive until mid July of 2025. They sell what they don't have in stock which is poor customer at best. Do better.
