Father’s Day gift was ordered and paid (money was taken out of account within 2 days) On 7/4/26 package delivery started and apparently on 7/27/26 it was delivered. No photo taken and this was definitely NOT received. Tracking number and contact info is in a different language and did not see English.
Reached out for help from Fusegift.com and no surprise but did not get response. We were ignore and will NEVER use Fuse Gift.

I placed and order on 06/20/2026 and the order has not arrived. I contacted Fusegift 4 times and was told: shipping going out after 10 days of no status, delayed in customs twice, given a tracking place to contact and it said item just arrived in place of shipping, than status was delayed in customs to ship, and item was delivered after I asked for a refund, I am home all day with my wife, asked for refund twice according to their policy, nothing. I would not order from them. I got scammed.
BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order based on marketing in the USA. I never would have ordered a military product if I had known it was procured from an international vendor. Notably, I tried to communicate with Fusegift multiple times, and I received an automated response asking for the same information I had already provided multiple times. Very frustrated; would not recommend purchasing from this site or company- the outcome was offering a discount on the purchase of a replacement product.
I ordered 3 Miltary hats and received a tiny tool instaed and I do not know what this tool is for. Fuse gifts do not answer their e-mails at all.
What can I do since this company is in China

I just double checked addresses in my order: they are correct (in Southeast MO) & they have been paid! I checked the tracking, this am. Yes, I was slow. Because I HAVE NEVER had any issues on line shopping. It seems my order (Patriotic by the way) was passed off to China to be made, 😣! The tracking details report my order was delivered in Brunswick, GA on 7/24/26! I can’t wait to see if & what an email reply has to say?
Edit: I must ad, the 250 year CG hat & license plate frame look wonderful in the pictures!
I ordered the 250 anniversary showing branch of Navy. Looked huge on the site. Took over a month to get here from CHINA Didn’t know it was from there would never ordered. It is only 16 inches tall not 2 feet as shown. Scammers
Very bad business experience. Will never do business with Fusegift again.
They took my money immediately by credit card and left messages "in transit" for a month and a half. Then showed it had been delivered but I never received my merchandise. Now I find that I have no place to go to get my money back.
i ordered a marine yard sign to honor my husband my payment was processed RIGHT away. however i never received an email confirming my purchase or any other email. this was on June 8th. i think i got scammed. i did get an email it was in transit. it's now July 3rd and i still have not gotten it. it's almost been a month. i wanted it for July 4th. i think it came from out of the country. i never would have ordered it had i known that
Saw an add for WOW anniversary glasses on Instagram and ordered on impulse.
When checking reliability of this website later it was pretty bad so when i did not hear something for a few days I assumed I was scammed.
But I got shipping notice few days later, and glasses arrived within 3 weeks. ( i used the slowest shipping method as that was free)
Happy with the order, will give 5 stars.
