I bought one of Futarios lambs skin jackets. I was unsure of what size to choose so I went to their size chart and ordered one size larger than I normally would. The coat did not have any lining in it and no interfacing in the collar, so the collar flopped around loosely. When I put the coat on, it was extremely small for an extra large, I would consider it more of a medium size. The coat was a nice design, but seemed like it was unfinished.
Futario sent me a top that is not the same as their picture.
The top Futario sent me is not the same as in their picture. Yes it is green velveteen. No, it does not have the same lace embroidery trim or color of that trim. it looks like a different top, even as if they tried to make a copy of something with sophisticated elegance and failed by using a lesser, cheaper and darker non-complementary trim.

I received my work jacket (grey) today
I received my work jacket (grey) today. It didnt come with any preservative packets in the pockets to keep it traveling fresh and it smelled musty, so the packaging wasnt great. There are no care instructions on it so I dont know if i can wash it or dry clean it. It is lined and light weight and fits. Whats the material?, I couldnt tell you. What is the material used to make the jacket that should be on the jacket and in the description on the site.

Ordering was quick and easy as the merchandise appear to be of superb quality and value. But I can't honestly give a well-rounded review until I have experienced the shipping timing and feel the merchandise. Hopefully the (L) will be a good fit.
Easy access good descriptions
Easy access, good descriptions, almost good pics - but we needed some angles on the multi pocket hooded work jacket ( green) to show the shape and volume of the hood. Or a back shot for Gods sake! We must imagine those parts that the pics left out.
Wrong address delivery
Great styles and quality, fast delivery. Just my delivery was to the wrong address and when I sent email to customer service about that nobody responded. I finally found my parcel by chasing it down but I would expect it to be delivered to my address especially that I paid delivery fee

Item did not look like the photos sleeves super short for a coat/jacket, no us phone number only can email , be sure your getting what you want, this item I got was not what I expected whatsoever! The green vintage work coat looks like a service jacket, not something that will keep you warm and sleeves are super short, if your selling items all over consider that not everyone is 80 pounds n less then 5 ft! Very unhappy atm we will see how the return goes ..

My wife wanted to return a jacket but Futario said it would be too expensive to return. So, they offered a discount on her next purchase. In other words, no returns.

I love the quality of the product and of course the coat itself but I wish the shipping was better. I would pay extra for faster shipping if there was an option. But yea absolutely I love the coat. I just purchased a second different coat as well. I can’t wait to receive that!
