Horrible
Horrible. They sent me the wrong med. Changed them with out contacting me. 7 calls later the idiots that work for them said they would call back in 72 hours. Not one has done it. They over charge and also hit you with a 599 fee on top of the medicine and dont deliver the right one. Then they lie and say they can send whatever one they have even if its the wrong one. Garbage, find someone else. There are better companies.

What is going on with the website
What is going on with the website? I started in August 2025 (I was losing the weight/ had no issues with the injections. Well I missed a payment in Dec... So, I called in January and was told my account was cancelled for missed payment and I would have start another account... Well every time I get to the end of the questionnaire to make a payment it glitches and starts me back to the beginning of the questionnaire. I'd really like to start back on it

Exceptional Experience!
I felt Brittney was very informative, professional, and personable. I felt she was genuinely interested in my well-being, that I was satisfied with my medication and the experience I was having with that medication. We reviewed my labs making sure I understood what the results were saying. Additionally, she made sure my chart was updated correctly which showed her attention to detail. Before wrapping up our visit, Brittney asked if I had any questions, and she was willing to take the time to answer those questions. I did not feel rushed at all even though she has an allotted time for each of her patient visitations. I felt content after my visit knowing I am in good hands under her care. I wish I could speak to her at all my Provider visits!

terribly misleading overcharged based on what I had agreed upon horrific service called numerous times never got a supervisor as requested to work through the problems. I was having do not use this company unless you have access money you planned apart with so many better options out there.
