i will say, at the start, their links had issues. i also don't use their app cause i found it useless. however, i haven't had a single problem for almost a year now. all the clinicians i've seen are very nice. i had a double order issue once and it was resolved within a 10 minute call.

They still haven’t shipped my order from three weeks ago. I had to temporarily change a shipping address and had to update payment for change of medication. This seems to have put me into some kind of bottleneck, because every time I reach out I hear something different, and am told conflicting reasoning as to why this is happening. Whenever I reach out over chat or the multiple email correspondences I have about the issue, some AI bot asks me to describe the same issue over again. They tell me that I’ll receive an update with 24 hours, and they never follow up. Leading the same thing to keep happening in circles. Now I’m out over a thousand dollars, and no one at the company can tell what’s going on, and no one will confirm anything with me.

This is the latest in a series of incredibly negative reviews based on the terrible performance of FuturHealth and their staff. For the fourth month in a row they screwed up my monthly medication order. I am happy to say I canceled my contract with them and I'm waiting a refund. If they're cancellation and refund processes are anything like their communications and order fulfillment processes I expect to have my refund sometime in the next millennia. I got three emails from FuturHealth support this week in response to the numerous calls chats and emails I sent. All three of them said that they are processing my order that they are sorry and they're working to ensure this doesn't happen for a fifth month in a row. Unfortunately and in alignment with their previous several months horrible performance they did not fulfill my order I am out of medication on Friday and now have to scramble to get my meds from a reliable source before I run out in less than 36 hours. The CEO Luke Mahoney is leading FuturHealth into the ground! His staff is incapable of fixing issues that were brought out to their attention for months in a row. Furthermore this is not highly complex business processes we are speaking of. This is simple communications and order fulfillment all of which they consistently fail that month over month over month over month. As I said I've asked for my refund and them awaiting that and I will never do business with future health again! I sincerely hope you read this review and think carefully before going down the horribly unprofessional, disrespectful, and fruitless, frustrating path with a company like FuturHealth that is incapable of providing even minimal satisfactory service to their clients. I was a client of yours for almost 8 months. I've been giving you several months chance to fix this and you have done nothing! Shame on you FuturHealth! Shame on you CEO Luke Mahoney! Spend your money elsewhere future health doesn't care about their clients!
