Futurhealth has been an excellent…
Futurhealth has been an excellent healthcare experience for me. I worked with them for 6 months and found that their communication was always timely and helpful. This company might use automated responses for some of the information on delivery of the medications, but every real question was answered by a real healthcare provider. Their app is excellent and convenient for written exchanges and easy to use. I was impressed with every facet of my providers there!

Beware
Beware - they make it very difficult to cancel. There is no way to do this automatically on the website. When you try to cancel, you are placed in a chat window where you talk to a bot or a human (I'm not sure what it was). No matter how many times you tell them that you'd like to cancel, they'll reply with some reason why you should not cancel. It's an extremely frustrating and dishonest experience that I would not expect from a medical provider.

This is awful experience with this… Future Healt
This is awful experience with this company and all ppl work with this scam company, I paid for the membership and the medicine never arrives, I called and texts 100 times to this company and they only opened tickets with promises to followed up the issue and they never did anything about it. I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor and the offer me to canceled the subscription and not fix the issue at all. Very incompetent service awful customer service and bad scam company.
