I had many issues with billing and overall service. My meds were delayed, the medical staff lied several times saying they had sent the medication and to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy verified they had never received the request. I had to go through customer service 4 times in a 2 month period. Absolutely awful! I'm with a different provider now and have had a wonderful experience so far.
