**. Edit: Fuugu promised me a refund and failed to refund my purchase, which is based on their error. I have several emails showing them agreeing to honor the refund then telling me to dispute with my financial institution, 3+ months later and it is still NOT resolved. They did not respond to my last email in 3/5. I'd give zero stars if I could. Canceled ordered before shipped. Got confirmation it was canceled. They still shipped it - from NY. In order to return, they said I need to return to Germany. Blocking my emails. Get response from pay pal they will accept return to UK - returns will cost as much as product so I'm still fighting with Pay Pal. Do NOT order from this unethical, fraudulent company!!!!
