I love shopping with Martie. Sometimes I really can't believe the deals I'm getting! It also influences me to try snacks and beauty products that I wouldn't normally buy, because I'm not as hesitant when the prices are so good. I have not run into a single issue when ordering or receiving products. I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be!

I love the variety of items that are new to me and some old favorites. The shipping is great and everything arrives in fine shape. I think the pricing is fair and enables me to try some things I might not .

It makes it easy to see what options are available and to purchase with ease at a price that I can afford on a limited budget being unemployed. I can get needed food options for my children that are healthful and might also otherwise be a luxury that we could not afford. I like the mystery boxes as well.
I've ordered 6+ times with Martie
I've ordered 6+ times with Martie over the last 9 months. The products are legitimate, the shipping is fast and the customer service is insanely good - you get a text from a real rep asking you if your order arrived complete and if there's anything else you need. I know with discount stores people are scared that it's knockoff or expired product, but Martie is legit. I mostly order beauty and home products, but sweets occasionally sneak in as well. I will continue ordering from Martie as long as the operation is as fantastic as it is now (hopefully forever!).

Downhill Fast......
I will start this review that Martie was recommended to me by a friend and I was excited to order some discounted protien snacks the shopping experience was easy but after that the experience quickly went downhill.... my order was delayed from even shipping for over a week. I reached out to customer service wich did respond promptly and my order was prepared for shipping, however at this point half my order was then refunded (the half i really wanted and why I was ordering in the first place) because they oversold items that were out of stock. So they get 2 stars, customer service was decent the rest of the experience was fairly poor. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere to save yourself the potential headache.

Best before dates in the past
I ordered items that had advertised best before dates that were several months out. When they arrived, three items had expired. Apparently the "September" expiration date was actually just a "we reckon it will be okay" expiration date, two months later than the real one. And the bread was stale. So, I reached out to ask for a refund on the stale bread, and they refused it. I also agree with the other review that the amount of single-use plastic in the packaging was appalling and so goes against their claims of sustainability. My first, and so - obviously - last experience.

I ordered 4 ahava face masks and found a few other items to reach the minimum order requirements. I was never given the chance to cancel the rest of the order when I was sent a email saying the ahava product was refunded out of stock. 5 days after placing my order. Very poor inventory control to take more orders than product. Never again

I love shopping at Marties,my only issue is that their minimum for free shipping gets higher by the month.I do understand that the economy is in distress,but that’s why I try to find affordable prices.

A bit expensive
Generally, Martie is more expensive than shopping at other discount stores. At times I find a good price on protein bars that I have not seen anywhere else, so I order from Martie. But for discounts, I generally prefer shopping at Grocery Outlet or other local discount stores for better prices.

I’ve made numerous purchases and I’ve always had a great experience. I love the prices I can get on items that are usually specialty items are typical grocery stores. I’ve only had issues with my foods a couple of times and customer support has always made it right very quickly.

I used to be a fan, but their shipping keeps getting worse, and when I reached out to them to cancel an order because it hadn't shipped they completely ignored my request. When I reached out again they apologized and then shipped the order even though I had told them I couldn't use it I would be out of town. Proceed with caution

Don't like limits on specialty sodas and snacks. Why would I buy just a pack of 4 drinks for a weekend or an event? Otherwise I could just run to the store. Prices are good, but quantities are very small for the price, especially snacks and pantry.

Martie is cool
Martie is (what I believe to be) the premier Grocery and Homegoods site for the price-conscious yet adventurous shopper. I'm always finding something new at the right price. Shipping is quick and mindful, especially of glass goods. A minimal package-protection plan is optional, and I always go with it. I did request a return once, and customer service was helpful without annoying me like others usually do.
