Thank you one more time. I ordered bruah set with natural hairs and unfortunately hairs was falling. Costumer service was brilliant i did have quick money back which help me get another set (this one is fantastic) and I have little gift from them as well. Also it took only 7 days delivery which I think is great. Brushes from Svietlin collection are just amazing. My favourite right now superior!
My first order went well, ordering and delivery that means. I love the product but the tin of the 24 water colors was bent and can’t close well. I thought it could be due to transportation so I didn’t reach out to Fuumuui. The second time I ordered two tins of 24 watercolors. In the website it said they were both in stock so I ordered and paid. After some weeks I still didn’t receive anything and it still wasn’t sent which was odd because of my earlier experience. I reached out to customer service and they told me that one tin wasn’t in stock and was waiting for restocking and the other was reproduced because of feedback. For the inconvenience they would send me two gifts and gave me an estimated date which was a month later. I did receive the package about that time but without gifts. I reached out again to costumer service and they apologized but the only service they provided was a discount for a next order. That isn’t exactly what I had in mind. It bothers me that in stock actually doesn’t mean in stock, that was no communication from Fuumuui that things took longer and that they didn’t kept their promise. They could have refunded me in stead of a future discount or send the presents as well. I will not buy from them anymore.
It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. There have been no updates whatsoever no shipping confirmation, no tracking, nothing. They've already taken my payment, but I've been left completely in the dark. Very disappointing service. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam.
Good product and well designed. Portable, self contained paintbox inc double sided brush (fine/round) 2 water pots and attachable strap for painting outdoors. I would have given 5 stars but I had to contact the company for advice on tracking, the info in the email is to download an app. To be fair, Fuumuui responded swiftly when I emailed them and sent me up to date tracking.
The product was good and the service was generally OK. However, it took a very long time for the product to come and I didn't get updates along the way.
The brushes and the paper I ve ordered are very satisfaying ! I recommand
Ordered their extra long bristled brushes which show amazing leaves being created by them. They arrived, eventually, (!!) and were very stiff as all brushes are, i rinsed them as i always have done, and started trying them out. (Fully aware that every new brush takes time to get used to). I have ordered other brushes from them, which were ok, not up to the hype, but acceptable standard. These came with NO advice, NO instructions, NO guidance, NO tips and tricks, NO techniques. Just 3 stiff brushes in a clear packet. But, really, 40 pages of cold pressed and 14 pages of hot pressed later, i was getting very frustrated. The bristles were too stiff. I contacted Fuumuui and they responded that i should soak them (bristles only) in warm water, then gently rub them before first use. Yet even after following these instructions, the brushes were not touching the paper. They absolutely do not work on normal coldpressed watercolour paper (100%cotton, 300gsm). They are marginally better on hot pressed, but not much. They dont hold enough paint to complete ONE leaf! So now they have offered me a free brush!!! I am climbing the walls here!!!! I DO wish they would show more comprehensive explanation on starting with the brushes.... would have saved me £50 worth of paper....
I initially order the dreamy macaron set which unfortunate did not arrive at my door. Upon contacting Fuumuui, they confirmed it had been delivered and offered to send another with just payment of postage. I was thrilled when I got this set as the colours are stunning, and the quality of the paint high, would definitely recommend this product.
Fuumuui 5pcs Hollow Hog Bristle Texture Paint Brush Set, Order #fuumuuiart126054: I love these brushes. They are perfect for giving texture to your watercolor painting. They come in different sizes so you can find the perfect size for what you are painting. You need some patience as they take a while to arrive but they are worth the wait.
Really happy with my Fuumuui paint set. Colours are creamy and mix beautifully, (just one thing missing - talent). Also very well designed triple function brush! Very good to take out and sketch and paint in the wild. Very well packed too.
The product is superior. I would have given it a 5 star review but the delivery took a long time…over a month. They did not let me know they were experiencing difficulties with shipping until I wrote to them to ask where my order was. At that time they told me it was out of stock but would ship when it was back in stock. I was patient but felt they could have offered me a decent discount for my trouble but they didn’t.
The Fuumuui range of Art materials, arrive well packaged, and each product is presented in a beautiful box. The feel good factor, starts the moment you feel the quality of the packaging, and continues through to when you open the box, and then again when you use the brushes, it's almost spiritual. The products are of amazing quality and I use them in my studio and on location. They bring joy into painting and the studio, my old Art supplies lived in draws, boxes or in the cupboard! my Fuumuui Art supplies are so good they live in my studio in pride of place for everyone to see :)

Even though the delivery took more than ten days, the customer service was very good. When enquired the response was quick. I'm happy to order again.
The Fuumuui watercolors are very beautiful and high quality. The only problem I had was the shipping experience. The process took 18 days from the time I ordered the paints. I was expecting a long wait due to it being overseas shipping. However, the tracking process was impossible. I could not tell if my product had been shipped or not, because Yanwen had no record of receiving or shipping my package. When it said it was out for delivery, I didn't get the paints until the next day.
Absolutely love the quality of the semi-solid watercolors!! Such a pleasure to paint with even though I'm a beginner! Very friendly correspondence as well. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
Fuumuui paints are wonderfully creamy and a pleasure to paint with. Their customer service is excellent at responding quickly and positively to enquiries as well. I highly recommend this company.
Five stars because, despite a first bad experience due to the Courier pretending to deliver my pack and instead lost it, the professionality of Fuumuui personnel remediated with a second sent and a different Courier. That is what we call Customer proximity, perfectly carried on by Fuumuui and it's kind an efficient personnel!
After what I thought was a long delivery time I chased them ( with some gusto )regarding my order to hear they had delivered two weeks earlier, so I assumed the package was stolen , when I txt Fuummuui to apologise for my heavy handed chase they offered to replace the order which I have now received . Thank you for your most kind gesture.
The products suit my needs and especially the prices, reasonable, not over priced and of good quality, keep it up.
