Super easy and great customer service. I received my gift card soon after they emailed me to let me know they received my old phones and were confirming their value. Hidden in their terms and conditions is a 72 hour deadline for replying to the lowball quote they send. If you miss the deadline they consider the quote as accepted and you no longer have any recourse. So if you happen to be traveling or don't check your email over a long weekend you are stuck with whatever they offer. In my case there was a tiny chip on the back glass of my iPhone. That took my trade-in from $120 down to $12. Because I didn't reply to their email in time I couldn't even get my perfectly working phone back.

This gadget gone is nothing more than a complete scam! They received my iPhone 12 Monday and they don't answer any phone calls or emails regarding the transaction! Under no circumstances do, I recommend this scam operation! The name fits perfectly that if you send it to them your gadget is gone!!!!

They had the nerve to do a whole essay dunking on Amazon trade in for scamming their customers and lowballing when gadget gone is no different or better! They offered 20 dollars for a Wii U deluxe console in great condition! Unbelievable. 1 dollar for a great condition Samsung Galaxy 5 watch is diabolical.
