providing a plethora of content, however, the experience with the search engine is unsatisfactory. Also not having dates on the material to refer is annoying.
Yes, I am using the architect and have been getting great advise on what to watch. However, dating the content would be great.

- Customer service significantly improved since arrival of Sophie.. 👏👍
- is there a recording of this new initiative
‘Ask Me Anything with the one and only Regina Meredith’?
- is there new season of ‘Hollywood Decoded’ with two Jays? Excellent program
- same with Interviews with Extradimensionals with Reuben - any new seasons?
- both above are brilliant programs which should be replacing more of the older ones
Also more Qi Gong exercises if possible 🙏🙏 that latest introduction series with Lee Holden is just great perfect addition. More of that :)

I think it is most unfortunate that I have a membership for so many years. Then they add the Gaia plus series and overcharges the normal subscription holders. It tells me that normal subscription holders are not getting premium content unless they pay extra and that’s what every other commercial content network does, so I think it is a bad business model for true light workers.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for being a dedicated member for so many years. We truly hear your heart on this, and we understand why the introduction of a new tier might feel like a shift away from the values we started with.
We want to clarify that 'Gaia+' was created specifically to support the high costs of Live events—giving members the chance to attend our conferences and workshops virtually in real-time. It was never intended to take away from the 'normal' subscription.
In fact, we believe our mission to support lightworkers is stronger than ever. This is why we continue to add new films and documentaries to our standard library every year, and why we recently gave all members access to Sage, our new AI research tool. We want to ensure that the 'core' Gaia experience remains the most robust and value-packed resource for spiritual growth available anywhere.
Your long-term support is what allows us to stay independent and ad-free. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and for being such a vital part of this community
I am so disappointed In your non stop rate increases. Just because you think what you are offering is value, many of us are here to learn and grow spiritually which was your goal when you set this community up. Now you are placing this manmade divide pricing your product out of the regular Joe’s life. It’s actually sad that you have succumbed to the corporate greed structure. Not everyone makes the sort of money your executives who make these decisions make. You may turn a blind eye to those who helped build this community but I am sincerely disheartened by this move.

Hi Steph
Thank you for sharing your heart with us. We hear your disappointment, and it truly saddens us to know that you feel a divide is being created within the community.
Our goal has always been—and remains—to provide a space for spiritual growth and transformation. The decision to adjust our rates is never made lightly. As we continue to grow, the costs of maintaining a global platform, producing high-quality original content, and evolving our technology have increased significantly. These changes are what allow us to remain an independent, ad-free space where we can continue to share the voices and wisdom that built this community.
We recognize that 'value' is subjective, and we never want to lose the 'regular Joes' who are the heartbeat of Gaia. We appreciate your honesty and your long-standing support, and we will certainly share your feedback directly with our leadership team.
Wishing you continued growth on your path,
The Gaia Team
Been on here for years- it got really strange at some point as it appeared I’d watched things I would never even click on… Content is great but can be quite samey and some of the richness of the teaching has been lost over the years. I’d like to see way more BIPOC teachers…
So much insight and wisdom for any interest that has fueled me through the past three years of finding out about this network! If I had my way, there would not be any other networks streamed in our household! Love, Love, LOVE Gaia!!!!!
The idea of Gaia is great and the content is great but the algorithms for the search feature/cataloguing is terrible. Sometimes I just give up because it's so out of order having to scroll through all sorts just to find what I’m looking for. For example: I type in the search 'Joe Dispenza', then filter by A-Z, and it absolutely does not filter A-Z.
I just did it now and the first 12 that came up were - in this order:
1. Psychedelica - Ayahuasca: Journey into Infinity
2. Being Super Natural, Dr Joe Dispenza
3. Beyond Belief, Becoming Supernatural with Joe Dispenza
4. Transcendence
5. Rewired with Dr Joe Dispenza - Blessing of the Centers
6. Rewired with Dr Joe Dispenza - Building Quantum Coherence
7. Rewired with Dr Joe Dispenza – Building Your Brainwaves
8. Real Immunity
9. Rewired with Dr Joe Dispenza – Creating with the Field
10. Decoding Karma with Joe Nunziata
11. Rewired with Dr Joe Dispenza – Demystifying Meditation
12. Open Minds with Regina Meredith
And it goes on like that in no logical order.
I trust Gaia will sort the algorithm out. For example, simply group all the Rewired series in consecutive order rather than amongst random others.
And the fact that they have increased their annual membership fee by a significant amount is not very encouraging either, particularly considering the mess the search and filtering is in.

Hi Shannon,
Thank you for this incredibly detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to list exactly how the search results appeared; this level of detail is exactly what our technical team needs to improve our metadata and sorting logic.
We hear your frustration. When you are looking for a specific series like 'Rewired,' you expect a seamless, chronological experience. We are currently working on refining our cataloging system to ensure that series stay grouped and that filters like 'A-Z' behave exactly as they should.
In the meantime, we would love for you to try Sage, our new AI research guide (available to all members). Because Sage 'reads' the transcripts and understands the context of our series, it is often much more efficient at pulling up exactly what you need—like 'all episodes of Rewired in order'—bypassing the traditional search filters.
We also acknowledge that a price increase is harder to accept when the user interface feels 'messy.' We are committed to using these additional resources to polish the platform experience so it matches the high quality of the content itself.
Thank you for your patience and for helping us grow.
I started my membership with Gaia in 2023 it was $99/year, and now they did raise the price for $139.99 USD. Of course I am not happy.

Hi Zeva,
Thank you for being a member since 2023. We completely understand that a price increase is never welcome news, and we appreciate you sharing your honest reaction to the change.
Since you joined us, we have worked hard to significantly expand our library and improve our technology—including the launch of new research tools like Sage—to ensure you have the best possible experience. This adjustment allows us to remain an independent, ad-free platform and continue producing the high-quality original content that our community relies on.
We truly value your long-term support and hope that the continued growth of our library and the new features we’ve added provide even more value to your journey in the year ahead.
Thank you for staying on this path with us.
Things have changed for the new material, the inclusion of AI. The network seems to be targeting a different consumer, while in my first two years was just blown away at the quality of the network.
Reply from Gaia2026-02-06
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for being with us for the past two years. We truly value the perspective of our long-term members, as you’ve seen the evolution of the platform firsthand.
We hear your concerns about the inclusion of AI. It’s important to us to clarify that while we have introduced tools like Sage to help members navigate our vast library of over 8,000 titles, the heart of Gaia remains exactly the same: the human teachers, the ancient wisdom, and the high-quality storytelling that 'blew you away' in your first two years.
Our goal is not to change our 'target consumer,' but to give our existing community better ways to find the specific content that resonates with them. The AI is simply a librarian; the 'quality' and the 'truth' within the videos themselves remain our primary focus and are still produced by the same dedicated human teams.
We appreciate you holding us to a high standard. We are committed to ensuring that as we grow technically, we never lose the human connection that brought you to Gaia in the first place.
