Richard and Robertito gave a wonderful 3 day program. They are empowering speakers that have excellent investing ideas for those that are interested in going into the different vehicles for real estate investing. I have been involved in RE investing for the past 18 months and they validated all the concepts that my team and I have been using. I learned new concepts that we will be able to use to better ourselves as investors and property managers.
