Never got it lost for 2 weeks
My order GAN65203 has been missing for 2 weeks now tracking shows it was loaded on a plane and its vanished. I have no idea why I am expected to just wait forever in the hope the logistics company might find it. I actually want a meaningful resolution. So far paid the money - got nothing :(

Bad support, bad product
they asked me to write a review, but I haven’t even received their product yet. It’s been about three weeks. Maybe I’ll come back when I actually get it. Ok, got the product, downgraded review. Cube fell apart after a few uses. Contacted customer service, they sent me a link to a youtube video on how to fix it, just kept falling apart.

Positive support experience
I purchased a GAN Speed Cube Lube set and unfortunately one of the three lubricants arrived with a defective opening mechanism and couldn’t be used. I contacted customer support, explained the issue and provided a video as requested. Even though the request was made outside the standard replacement period, they still took the time to review my case and offered me a gift card as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated their polite communication and willingness to find a reasonable solution. Overall, a positive experience and good customer service.

We have bought so many products from Gan and now we have a faulty one they do not return emails. Its a disgrace how they take money but ignore you when you have a faulty item. Since review they reply but do it deal with the issue.
